We work alongside Somerset Council, large insurance companies, NHS, EDF and regular domestic clients. Everyone is treated the same and are all important to us.
We have won the Sedgemoor business award for customer services for two years running as proof that we do in fact put our clients above anything. We have also won the Sedgemoor Business excellence awards for Best new business, Best family business and best apprentice.
We were finalists for Somerset Business awards for customer service excellence in 2023 and we have been shortlisted for customer service excellence award and environmental and sustainability award for 2024 pending judges decisions.
We are aiming to reduce pollution into our rivers and working hard with the Environmental agency to reduce the effluent being put into our watercourses everyday.
